Our contact form asks for your name, work email address and company. You may also provide your role, a message and the solution you are interested in. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs and follow up on the conversation you requested. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please include only the information needed for us to understand your inquiry.
You can browse the website without completing the form. The fields marked as required are needed to send an inquiry through it; you can also contact us directly by email.
Website traffic and security
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. It provides aggregate statistics such as pages visited, referring websites, browser and device types, and approximate location derived from the connection. It does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across different websites. Vercel uses a temporary request-derived identifier that is discarded after 24 hours.
We do not send contact form entries to Web Analytics or use advertising trackers on this website. More information is available in Vercel’s Web Analytics privacy documentation.
Our hosting service also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP addresses, request details and error logs. The contact form uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam.
Who handles your information
Contact form submissions are sent to Groupe St-Arnault by email through Resend. The website does not save them in a separate contact database, but copies are processed by the email delivery service and retained in our email correspondence.
Access within Groupe St-Arnault is limited to people who need the information to handle your inquiry, related follow-up or privacy requests. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
